PROMOTION CONDITIONS
- The promotion is valid for any purchase or sale brokerage contract signed no later than September 15, 2026 with Julien Soudre.
- The property transaction must be completed and officially notarized in order for the reimbursement to be applicable.
- The reimbursement applies only to the following eligible expenses:
- Inspection fees
- Pyrite test
- Notary fees;
- A certificate of location is required for the transaction.
- Refunds are processed:
- for sellers: in the form of a reduction in brokerage fees at the time of the transaction;
- For buyers: by reimbursement after the signing of the deed of sale, upon presentation of invoices and proofs of payment.
- The invoices must:
- to be issued in the name of the client and the broker;
- be directly related to the transaction in question;
- come from legally registered companies;
- must be transmitted within a maximum period of 30 days following the signing of the deed of sale.
- The maximum refundable amount is determined according to the final value of the transaction before taxes:

- The maximum reimbursement cannot exceed the actual amount of eligible expenses incurred and proven.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotional agreement or discount, except with written permission.
- The promotion is non-transferable and has no monetary value if eligible expenses are less than the applicable maximum amount.
- Julien Soudre reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate the promotion at any time without notice, except for contracts already signed before any modification.
